Hi!

Thank you so much for visiting our site. My husband, Pedro and I do this full time and we LOVE it! Photography is our passion and I don’t use that word lightly. We sleep, eat and breathe photography.

(Literally, if i'm watching tv... it's probably four weddings, bridezillas, say yes to the dress, etc.) You know how you hear those people say, I don’t care how much money I make I just want to do something that I love.   : ) That’s us!

A little bit about us...

We actually met through our love of the arts, photography specifically... but that’s a long story. If you ever want to hear you just let me know and I’ll be glad to share! : ) Our goal when we shoot a wedding is for you to have one, fabulous photos and two, to have a fun experience.

It’s very important that you and your wedding photographers click. We ultimately will be spending the whole day with you, most of the time from beginning to end.

We used to only shoot together but then after time went by we decided to shoot separately... we both have strong creative direction.

I find that when you have two or more shooters on a shoot... one is normally the lead and the other is more of an assistant/shooter... that didn't work for me and Pedro.

We always say we didn't want to mess with one another's mojo and decided it would be best for us to shoot seperately.

This is where we differ from most husband and wife teams. Neither one of us wanted to be in a role as a glorified "bag holder"... that sounds harsh but so the truth.

We seriously love what we do.. I hope by you going through the blog you can see that this is what we were meant to do.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and you (hopefully) will be sharing that day with us. Since we will be sharing in one of your most important days, we want to share some of ours. Below is a virtual scrapbook, if you will. : ) 

Our first photo! Engagement Dinner. :)We're married! I had two dresses. We had a little cocktail hour before the wedding and he thought this was my actual wedding dress...Until I came out in this dress, the real dress. :) Oh and in case you are wondering those are hair extensions. Tricked ya. :) I thought they looked fabulous, so if you need some you just let me know, i got people. :)We got married May 26th, 2007, I found out I was prego July 4th. Yowza! Can you believe I didn't have any maternity photos taken. I really wish I would have but at that time I was like take a photo of me and you will pay! Found out we are having a boy. :) I won'e lie I was a pretty much devastated that I wasn't having a girl but then I got over it. :) :) March 13th, 2008, one of the best days of my life. Bexton Lane Bustillos weighed in at 6lbs, 2oz. I actually photographed my whole c-section. The nurses were not happy that I wouldn't put the camera down. lolThe rest of the photos are of Bex. Go figure. :) Here he is at 2 weeks old. I often get asked how I came up with his name. Well.. when you're huge and prego you have nothing better to then to watch Ugly Betty. lol - One of the models on there was named Becks. I liked that but wanted him to have a longer name in case he got an office job or something. So I was out and about one day at Lenny's Sub shop... and you know those angel things you can donate too and you can write your name on them? They hang from the counter. Well I look down and there was the name Rexton. I was like OMG - BEXTON. :)3 months.5 months. If you look around on our personal gallery you'll see that this suitcase shows up a lot. This is where it all began. I got inspired to do this shoot from Dr. Seuss books "Oh the Places You'll Go." So about once a month we take a diff. photo using this suitcase. :) We call the shoots different names and then make a book from it.7 months.8 months. This is my all time favorite photo. Love it. :)9 months. This makes me laugh everytime!Here's the little guy at 11 months. Almost one year and I can't wait. :)I think this is my fav photo of me. :) LolTaken at Bex's first bday party at Wiggles! :)It only took us till Bex was 16 months old to get some family pics! :) Sam w/ Roxy Studios did our family pics, as well as some photos of just me and Pedro. So there you have it! You have officially met " da busti's ". :) Pedro put that as our xbox login name forever ago and it just kinda STUCK. lol :)
